Reason for selling: I bought a 1978 Birchaven
and don’t need two. Will sell either.
- Side bathroom with
shower/rear bedroom floor plan (sleeps 6 with trundle bed).
- Front wheel drive (Olds
Toronado version).
- Engine (455ci) rebuilt
about 30,000 miles ago, including a high performance cam, intake manifold, and
carb, all Edlebrock. Lots of power.
- Automatic transmission
rebuilt about 30,000 miles ago.
- Alcoa alloy wheels,
Cinnabar shocks, Michelin tires with less than 10,000 miles on them.
- The dash AC blows cold.
The roof AC works well on 110v (from shore power or generator).
- It has a brake master
cylinder hydraulic booster.
- Refrigerator/freezer
works well (propane or 110v).
- Rear airbags work well.
Levels easily with dash controls.
- Roof storage pod and a
rear extension with additional storage.
- It comes with a new,
never installed screen door.
- Plumbing works. Waste
water drains recently repaired.
