CES Cranial Electro-Stim: Using microcurrent electrical and magnetic stimulation for healing and peak performance

I prefer the HPP sets for rescripting underlying negative programming. They work well by themselves if one can let go enough to enter the necessary hypnagogic state. If not, an entrainment device helps. Pulsing lights and sounds work best to induce the theta state of deep relaxation. You can turn down the brightness to a very low level and still get excellent effects. I like the PAL 36 with CES because it entrains powerfully and you can use the CES function by itself if the lights really bother you.

If you don't want to try the lights, go with the CESta. The 100hz program may work a bit better for addictions. I wish the PAL 36 with CES had that setting but it doesn't.
