Why is it better to take a Microlingual™ vitamin tablet then to swallow a regular tablet?
When you swallow a B-12 vitamin tablet, it must be combined with a substance in the stomach called intrinsic factor (IF) before it passes through the liver, where much of the B-12 will be filtered out before it reaches the blood stream.
